What Is Thought Field Therapy?
Thought Field Therapy (or TFT for short) is an entirely safe method of releasing negative psychological states by tapping on certain Accupressure points on the body.
It was discovered in the 1970's by Dr Roger Callahan and has been used to great effect in many parts of the world where people have suffered traumatic experiences.
It is the parent therapy to other forms of meridian-based interventions such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
